Episcopal Health Foundation (EHF) faced growing pressure to extract insights from a rapidly expanding body of research. Reliance on manual processes, limited in-house AI expertise, and strict data governance requirements made it clear the organization needed a scalable solution to improve decisionmaking, without diverting resources from its mission. EHF partnered with NexusTek to help meet these rising operational and compliance demands with confidence.
NexusTek began with a detailed requirements analysis to identify gaps, clarify critical needs, and align the right AI solution to support EHF’s strategic objectives. A custom AI tool was developed using natural language processing (NLP) to analyze research libraries and convert unstructured data into usable intelligence. To support performance and scalability, operations were migrated to the NexusTek Private Cloud, a modular cloud infrastructure built for hybrid flexibility, availability, and responsiveness.

The new private cloud environment also provided dynamic hybrid cloud scalability, ensuring EHF’s IT infrastructure could accommodate future growth and increased data demands.
