As an IT Service Desk Technician, you will provide best-in-class support working directly with clients to ensure their systems are performing consistently with their business requirements. You will work within our Service Desk environment to provide support to our client’s hardware and software needs and provide recommendations to management and clients to improve client system performance.

Assuming responsibility for assigned service orders and maintaining an excellent experience for our clients is expected of all our team. With systems analysis techniques to troubleshoot and problem solve client needs, as well as system, generated alerts, you will monitor these alerts and client requests via our NOC when applicable.

Job Description

  • 5+ years’ experience of applicable work experience – preferably with an MSP
  • A 2-year degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience and certifications
  • Proven record of timely and accurate resolution when dealing with software and computer related incidents or client requests
  • Ability to work effectively with teammates, managers, and clients to maintain a best-in-class experience in a demanding environment
  • Experience with Windows OS, PC computer hardware in a networked environment is a must
  • Strong work ethic and a fun/positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possess a short learning curve in a fast-paced environment
