The Remote Managed Service Provider (MSP) plan is NexusTek’s premier IT support plan for businesses that operate primarily via cloud infrastructure. Out of our four MSP plans (Essential, Remote, Dedicated, and Complete), the Remote plan gives businesses exactly what they need to manage their cloud IT and how it integrates with their actual use of IT.
How Does an MSP Manage IT?

Each MSP plan includes support for both Mac and PC users, offering essentials like proactive planning, system monitoring and IT inventory tracking.
Remote MSP further helps with IT support via around-the-clock help desk access, support for backups, and other cloud-based IT support needs. Because of the help desk support included in the Remote plan, many businesses will use the Remote MSP plan to supplement their internal managed IT needs. The internal team tracks on-site IT and manages the physical infrastructure, while NexusTek provides troubleshooting and help desk support.
