As a Remote Service Engineer on the late shift, you will work within our Remote Services team in our Denver office to provide support to our client’s hardware and software needs and provide recommendations to management and clients to improve client system performance. Assuming responsibility for assigned Service Orders and maintaining an excellent experience for our clients is expected of all our team. With systems analysis techniques to troubleshoot and problem solve client needs as well as system generated alerts, you will monitor these alerts and client requests via our NOC when applicable. This position is on the late shift, working Monday-Friday 1pm-10pm with an hour for lunch.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience of applicable work experience – preferably with a MSP
  • A 2 year degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience and certifications
  • Proven record of timely and accurate resolution when dealing with software and computer related incidents or client requests
  • Ability to work effectively with teammates, managers and clients to maintain a best-in-class experience in a demanding environment
  • Experience with Windows OS, PC computer hardware in a networked environment is a must
  • Strong work ethic and a fun/positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possess a short learning curve in a fast paced environment
