Bill Wosilius
Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of NexusTek, Bill Wosilius is responsible for the overall strategic direction and execution of the company. Bill brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the cyber security, managed IT services, and data center industries to NexusTek.

Prior to joining NexusTek, Bill was Vice President and General Manager of Global Technology Management Solutions at Optiv Security, the largest pure-play security solutions integrator in the world. At Optiv, Bill led the technology services line of business, delivering cybersecurity consulting solutions to over 5,000 clients, which included 70% of the Fortune 500. Under his watch, Bill’s team of 200+ employees, contractors and project managers executed over 1,500 cyber technology projects per year. Prior to Optiv, Bill served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations at CoreSite, for which he led all technology infrastructure, business applications, service delivery and other CIO functions for a $250M publicly-traded data center REIT. Earlier in his career, Bill held numerous senior leadership roles at Critigen, SunGard Availability Services, and Inflow, providing managed IT services to clients across the globe.

Bill is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, and served for 8 years as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force. He was an F-15E Strike Eagle maintenance officer, and deployed in 1995 in support of Operation Deny Flight enforcing the no-fly zone over the former Yugoslavia. Prior to entering the private sector, Bill was involved in the development program for the F-22 Raptor, the Air Force’s newest air dominance fighter aircraft.

Bill received his B.S. in Management in from the United States Air Force Academy, and his M.S. in Logistics Management the Air Force Institute of Technology. He is a current Board Member for multiple for-profit and nonprofit organizations in the Denver metro area, including the Brain Health Initiative, a philanthropic organization focused on providing benefits to victims of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).


Corey Sisler
Chief Financial Officer

As CFO of NexusTek, Corey Sisler is responsible for all financial and tax reporting, liquidity management, strategy and M&A due diligence for the company. With more than 15 years of strategic leadership in finance, Corey spent the last 10 as CFO for mid-market private equity backed companies in energy and oil and gas.

Corey began his career as a combat leader in the US Army and moved to management and IT consulting with KPMG where he advised Fortune 500 and Federal government clients. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Financial Manager, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a Licensed International Financial Analyst. Corey has undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and accounting and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.


Mike Hamuka
Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer of NexusTek, Mike Hamuka is responsible for revenue growth, marketing, sales strategy and execution. During Mike’s career as a sales leader and strategist, he has led his teams to generate over $20B in revenue in the technology sector. Mike has over 20 years of experience in IT outsourcing & managed services and has worked for some of the largest service providers in the world.

Prior to joining NexusTek as Vice President of Growth Segment Sales for DXC, Mike led the Americas region where his team was responsible for driving approximately $1B in annual revenue. Previously to DXC, he spent much of his career at IBM, and later Wipro, leading teams to drive higher value for clients through thoughtful engagement and insights. Mike is a graduate of the IBM Strategic Conversations Program, a comprehensive program in partnership with the Harvard Business School, as well as IBM Management School and Master Deal Maker program.


Bob Deschamps
Executive Vice President of Operations

As NexusTek’s Executive VP of Operations, Bob directs the entire cloud and premise-based service delivery force of more than 200 engineers, technicians, and client service representatives. Bob came to NexusTek through its merger with Cal Net Technology Group, a 150-person IT managed services company based in Los Angeles, California. At Cal Net, Bob served as VP of the Managed Services organization where he was responsible for all aspects of delivering high-quality managed services to Cal Net’s 600+ clients.

Bob carries more than 30 years of top-tier management experience in operations, sales, and finance, and brings a mature and respected perspective to the NexusTek executive leadership team. Bob earned his bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences from the University of Illinois, and has completed numerous graduate and executive training courses while working at General Motors, Arrow Electronics, and Microsoft.


Randy Nieves
Chief Technology Officer & Senior Vice President, Product Management

As CTO and SVP Product Management, Randy Nieves is responsible for product and solution development, technology direction, enablement and training. Randy brings more than 28 years of leadership to the table with a broad base of technical engineering, design, operational, consulting, and logistics skills. Randy has helped identify and launch NexusTek’s future products and services, using industry best practices and guidelines such as ITIL and Agile. Responsible for the entire product lifecycle management process, Randy and his team work with partners to develop industry-disruptive and profitable offerings.

Prior to NexusTek, Randy was the CTO at Cal Net Technology Group responsible for product and services. In his 12 years at Cal Net, he held positions building and leading IT consulting and NOC teams. Prior to Cal Net, Randy spent 15 years in the software industry focused on ERP and web solutions for the K12 school food service market, implementing solutions in the top school districts in the country. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi, holds several technical certifications including CSSA, CSSP and ITIL v3, has industry compliance experience such as PCI/HIPPA/GDPR/ITAR. Randy also has may years’ hands-on engineering experience across a wide array of technology and operating systems including Private and Public cloud, network and storage infrastructure, virtualization, wireless, firewalls, DR services, Security software and even point of sale systems.

Jeff Kaplan is a tenured IT and telecommunication industry veteran. Jeff comes to NexusTek through the acquisition of Breakthrough Technology Group, a premier Cloud Services provider and AT&T Channel Partner. Prior to founding Breakthrough Technology Group in 2007, Jeff served as the National Director of Complex Solutions at AT&T where he led a nationwide organization that helped Fortune 2000 clients address complex networking needs such as IT / telecom convergence, stadium construction and application hosting. Jeff received his MBA from Pace University – Lubin School of Business.

Brian St. Jean joined Abry in 2005. He has originated, supervised and sold numerous companies in Abry’s targeted areas. Areas of focus have included data centers, cybersecurity, business services and human capital management. Brian has led a variety of Abry’s investments in the communications & managed services sectors, including Hosted Solutions, Sentrum Data Centers, Basefarm, Datapipe, NuSpire, Stack Path, and Breakthrough Technology Group. Prior to joining Abry, Brian was a manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’s mergers and acquisitions group focusing on the entertainment, media and communications industries. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with high distinction.

James Scola joined Abry in 2010. He has diligenced, supervised, financed and sold numerous companies in Abry’s targeted sectors, with areas focus including communications, marketing services, software and business services. In the managed services and communications sectors, James’ experience includes roles on Abry’s investments in Telx, e-shelter, Emerging Markets Communications, and Grande Communications. Prior to joining Abry, James was a member of the Technology Group at Credit Suisse. He graduated summa cum laude from the Liberal Arts Honors Program at Providence College in 2008.

Avery Zuck joined Abry in 2016. He is responsible for analyzing new investments, working with portfolio companies and supporting sale transactions. Prior to joining Abry, Avery was a member of the investment team at Bain Capital Credit, where he was involved in a variety of control equity, mezzanine and senior debt investments. Previously, he was an investment banking analyst at City Capital Advisors. Avery graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2011.

David Coneway joined Abry in 2017. He is responsible for analyzing new investments, working with portfolio companies and supporting sale transactions. Prior to joining Abry, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Deutsche Bank focusing on the technology industry. David graduated from Princeton University, where he earned an A.B. in Politics and was a member of the men’s track and field team. He is originally from Sofia, Bulgaria.
