Bill Wosilius

As CEO of NexusTek, Bill Wosilius is responsible for the overall strategic direction and execution of the company. Bill brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the cyber security, managed IT services, and data center industries to NexusTek.

Prior to joining NexusTek, Bill was Vice President and General Manager of Global Technology Management Solutions at Optiv Security, the largest pure-play security solutions integrator in the world. At Optiv, Bill led the technology services line of business, delivering cybersecurity consulting solutions to over 5,000 clients, which included 70% of the Fortune 500. Under his watch, Bill’s team of 200+ employees, contractors and project managers executed over 1,500 cyber technology projects per year. Prior to Optiv, Bill served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations at CoreSite, for which he led all technology infrastructure, business applications, service delivery and other CIO functions for a $250M publicly-traded data center REIT. Earlier in his career, Bill held numerous senior leadership roles at Critigen, SunGard Availability Services, and Inflow, providing managed IT services to clients across the globe.

Bill is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, and served for 8 years as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force. He was an F-15E Strike Eagle maintenance officer, and deployed in 1995 in support of Operation Deny Flight enforcing the no-fly zone over the former Yugoslavia. Prior to entering the private sector, Bill was involved in the development program for the F-22 Raptor, the Air Force’s newest air dominance fighter aircraft.

Bill received his B.S. in Management from the United States Air Force Academy, and his M.S. in Logistics Management the Air Force Institute of Technology. He is a current Board Member for multiple for-profit and nonprofit organizations in the Denver metro area, including the Brain Health Initiative, a philanthropic organization focused on providing benefits to victims of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).

Scott Ray

As COO of NexusTek, Scott Ray is responsible for the overall operational performance of the company. Scott brings over 34 years of technology experience to NexusTek, with the last 20 years in various senior leadership roles within the managed services industry.

Prior to joining NexusTek, Scott was Senior Vice President, Application and Business Management Services at TriZetto. In this capacity, Scott led a global team of 600 employees, with P&L responsibility for $150M of annual revenue. Scott started his IT career at Inflow, a data center and managed services company, where he held a variety of roles with increasing responsibility, including building the company’s first central operations teams, executing product development, running the West region for sales and operations, and leading all of operations and facilities. Prior to TriZetto and Inflow, Scott worked in a variety of operational responsibilities at SunGard Availability Services.

Scott received a Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee, with honors, and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology, focused on Operations Management.

Michael Hamuka

As Chief Revenue Officer of NexusTek, Mike Hamuka is responsible for revenue growth, marketing, sales strategy and execution. During Mike’s career as a sales leader and strategist, he has led his teams to generate over $20B in revenue in the technology sector. Mike has over 20 years of experience in IT outsourcing & managed services and has worked for some of the largest service providers in the world.

Prior to joining NexusTek as Vice President of Growth Segment Sales for DXC, Mike led the Americas region where his team was responsible for driving approximately $1B in annual revenue. Previously to DXC, he spent much of his career at IBM, and later Wipro, leading teams to drive higher value for clients through thoughtful engagement and insights. Mike is a graduate of the IBM Strategic Conversations Program, a comprehensive program in partnership with the Harvard Business School, as well as IBM Management School and Master Deal Maker program.

Chris Wheeler

A seasoned financial executive in the technology services industry, Chris has a proven track record of executive leadership and delivering business results.    Most recently, Chris was the Chief Financial Officer at Juniper Unmanned, a big data analytics and unmanned aerial sensing company based in Golden, CO.  During his tenure, Chris spearheaded the company’s efforts to secure its largest Series A investment and its first debt financing.  Additionally, Chris drove significant improvements in the company’s discipline and business analysis, establishing a foundation for growth across the organization.

Prior to Juniper Unmanned, Chris spent nearly a decade as Chief Financial Officer at Hosting, a $100M public/private cloud services provider.  At Hosting, Chris provided executive leadership across Accounting, Business Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis, Human Resources and Legal functions to grow company revenues by 4X.  Prior to Hosting, Chris held various operational and financial leadership roles at QTC Management and Inflow.  Prior to entering the private sector, Chris served 10 years as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force as a C-130 instructor pilot, executive officer, and acquisitions officer.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from the United States Air Force Academy, and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.  He and his family reside in Golden, CO.

Donald DeMarco

As Senior Vice President of Sales, Donald DeMarco is responsible for introducing NexusTek’s Managed IT and Professional Services portfolio to small and medium sized businesses across North America. He helps companies stay focused on what they do best by removing the information technology headaches and surprises that often create unnecessary distractions from them executing their daily business.

Donald’s deep expertise in cloud platforms and IT services comes from a successful 30-year career at IBM. In his last role as a VP of North America Services Sales of a multi-billion-dollar unit of IBM, Donald expanded the breadth of value his clients received by modernizing existing service offerings and creating new ones; the result of which was a more powerful set of value propositions aimed at solving the contemporary challenges of digital era companies. Immediately prior to that, Donald was the General Manager for a $1 billion business unit where he grew cloud services revenue 240% while improving client satisfaction across the entire IT managed services portfolio. His other roles at IBM included leadership positions in Marketing, Product Management and Sales. Donald studied at Pace University in New York.

Donald has a natural ability for scaling companies. He understands the challenges business owners face as they try to grow and adapt in an increasingly complex technology landscape. His client-centric approach makes him a trusted advisor for NexusTek’s customers and prospects.

Bob Deschamps

As NexusTek’s Executive VP of Operations, Bob directs the entire cloud and premise-based service delivery force of more than 200 engineers, technicians, and client service representatives. Bob came to NexusTek through its merger with Cal Net Technology Group, a 150-person IT managed services company based in Los Angeles, California. At Cal Net, Bob served as VP of the Managed Services organization where he was responsible for all aspects of delivering high-quality managed services to Cal Net’s 600+ clients.

Bob carries more than 30 years of top-tier management experience in operations, sales, and finance, and brings a mature and respected perspective to the NexusTek executive leadership team. Bob earned his bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences from the University of Illinois, and has completed numerous graduate and executive training courses while working at General Motors, Arrow Electronics, and Microsoft.

Suzanne Harris

As Vice President of Human Resources at NexusTek, Suzanne is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of all human resources programs and initiatives.  Suzanne has 35 years of human resources experience with the last 18 years in a senior leadership role.  Suzanne’s specific focus includes employee relations, training and development, employment law and regulatory compliance, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and workforce planning, performance management, HR technology, as well as the organization’s policy development.

Prior to joining NexusTek, Suzanne was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cal Net Technology Group where her knowledge and experience in delivering proactive HR measures helped the organization reduce expenses and mitigate legislative compliance risk.  Previously to Cal Net, Suzanne spent more than 20 years leading the human resources team at Bixby Ranch Company – a diverse commercial real estate and asset management firm in California.

Suzanne earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Pepperdine University. She is also an active member and a certified professional with SHRM.

Mark Richtermeyer

Mark Richtermeyer has over 25 years of experience leading professional and technical organizations. His background as an entrepreneur influences his approach to market strategies, and his experience building high-performing teams drives his executional style. Mark is the VP of Professional Services for Nexustek and manages 7 operational practice areas and the Program Management Office (PMO) within the organization. Previously, Mark founded The Spitfire Group and served as its CEO for 12 years. The company successfully sold to David Consulting in 2016. He was the Denver Office Managing Partner for Hitachi consulting (a roll-up of BDO Seidman, Grant Thornton, Tactica Technology and other consulting organizations). He was the Western Region VP for iXL, managing over 800 consultants in the Western US and Asia Pacific. Mark has deep experience leading teams that deliver complex technology and management consulting solutions.

Mark has an MBA from the University of Colorado, a BS in accounting from the University of Wyoming, was previously licensed as a CPA in Colorado and Wyoming. Mark is a veteran who served as an officer in the US Air Force and Air National Guard.
