NexusTek is enhancing our Private Cloud platform by transitioning to Nutanix, a proven and modern cloud infrastructure technology. This is a platform upgrade — not a redesign of your environment. Your existing applications and architecture will move as-is.

Impact To Your Environment
No. Your applications will move as they are today. There is no redesign, no refactoring, and no architectural changes required. Your day-to-day operations will remain the same.
The migration will require a coordinated maintenance window to complete the transition. Our engineering team will work directly with you to schedule this at a time that minimizes impact to your business. We aim to keep any disruption as brief as possible.

Process & Timeline
Migrations will occur gradually over the coming months. NexusTek representative will notify you in advance of the maintenance window’s date and time. Nothing will happen without advance planning, clear communication, and your awareness.
Very little. NexusTek’s engineering team performs the entire migration end-to-end — planning, execution, and validation are all handled by us. Your primary involvement will be around scheduling the maintenance window and confirming everything looks good after the transition.
This is a platform enhancement being rolled out across the Private Cloud to ensure consistency, long-term support, and the best possible experience for all clients. We’ll work closely with you to make the transition comfortable and well-timed for your organization.
Cost & Agreements
No. There is no cost to you for this migration. This is an investment NexusTek is making to strengthen the platform and protect long-term value for our clients.
Your existing agreements and service experience remain intact. This platform enhancement is designed to deliver greater stability and long-term cost predictability without impacting your current terms.
Support & Communication
NexusTek’s experienced engineering teams will plan, execute, and validate the entire migration — from initial assessment through final cutover and post-migration verification. This is a fully managed, white-glove migration performed entirely by our team. You are not expected to do the heavy lifting.
