Account Manager

Professional Services Engineer

As a Professional Services Engineer with NexusTek, you will be in the field supporting numerous small and medium sized businesses to provide regularly scheduled maintenance and support. You will drive your personal vehicle, and will frequently visit multiple locations on any given day. Evenings and weekends are occasionally required. This is a challenging but rewarding position that will test all of your consulting skills while keeping your technical edge sharp!

Support Technician I

As a Support Technician I with NexusTek, you will, under general supervision, perform a variety of computer systems administration and support tasks, including analyzing, constructing, documenting, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting of PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, and communications devices including hand-held devices for multiple supported customers. Must have good communication skills and the ability to work with users diplomatically and skillfully while performing a variety of project tasks. Good judgment and decision making abilities in the diagnostics and resolution of computer related issues. Majority of work will be conducted with users over the phone or using remote tools. On-Call rotation is required. Evenings and weekends are occasionally required.

Support Technician II

As a Support Technician II with NexusTek, with minimal supervision, you will perform a variety of computer systems administration and support tasks, including analyzing, constructing, documenting, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting of PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, and communications devices including hand-held devices for multiple supported customers. Performs a variety of project tasks and required good communication skills with the ability to work with users diplomatically and skillfully. Exercises good judgment and decision making in the diagnostics and resolution of computer related issues. Performs full range of work assigned to this class and works with considerable independence and initiative. At this level, work is moderately complex in nature. Typically acts as a lead worker in the Technical Support area coordinating efforts amongst other team members. Majority of work will be conducted with users over the phone or using remote tools. On-Call rotation is required. Evenings and weekends are occasionally required.

We are looking for an experienced engineer and systems analyst to provide best-in-class support working directly with clients to insure their systems are performing consistent with their business requirements. You will work within our Remote Services team environment to provide support to our client’s hardware and software needs and provide recommendations to management and clients to improve client system performance.
