All modern businesses—regardless of size—need cybersecurity solutions to protect against the wide range of cyber threats that lurk constantly within today’s business environment. Many businesses find it preferable to bundle their managed IT and cybersecurity services with a single provider, as it confers advantages including cost-effectiveness, continuity of service, and convenience. That said, some businesses choose to manage their cybersecurity program internally. For this select group of businesses, the cybersecurity solutions included in the Total Care plan may be redundant (i.e., they may duplicate cybersecurity solutions already managed internally by the company). For such businesses, we designed the NexusTek Support Care plan, which offers the same proactive IT maintenance and support as the Total Care plan, but without the additional cybersecurity solutions.

Our cybersecurity assessments are conducted by our professional senior technology leaders and practice engineers, who use an in-depth, multi-method approach that may include interviews, policy and practice reviews, independent evaluations, and testing of your current security infrastructure (e.g., penetration testing). Based on the findings of the assessment, our cybersecurity expert provides you with a report that details actionable insights. In other words, our expert will identify “holes” in your security program that make you vulnerable to cyberattacks, and will then provide you with clear steps that you can take to patch those holes in your security immediately.
